Ryan is a purpose driven leader who believes construction can be a force for good by prioritizing people, the planet, and long term value. As Global Sustainability Leader, he works across DPR’s family of companies to integrate sustainability into how the organization builds, operates, and grows—advancing environmental and wellness goals while strengthening customer partnerships and business performance. With a background spanning field engineering, technical project leadership, operations, and strategic sales, Ryan brings a builder’s mindset to driving change. Since joining DPR, he founded and leads the Global Sustainability Group and developed the Path to Regeneration to accelerate carbon reduction by 2030, contributing to growth in green revenue, expanded sustainability services, and industry recognition including ENR Top Green Contractor. A collaborative leader and recognized speaker, Ryan focuses on creating space for dialogue, removing barriers, and equipping teams to build resilient, future ready projects.
