Ronald Holmes has three decades of experience in environmental leadership and sustainability across diverse industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Youngstown State University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Management from Gannon University.

Ronald spent 11 years with General Electric in the Lighting, Transportation and Aviation divisions, driving environmental performance and operational excellence globally. He then transitioned to the consumer goods sector, spending 2 years at Boston Beer Company as their Corporate EHS Leader before moving to Diageo where he led EHS, Facilities, Packaging and Sustainability for 16 years. While at Diageo, Ronald, was a founding board member of the Glass Recycling Foundation in which he held positions in the executive committee as Director and Treasurer. Most recently, he served one year with Arglass as their VP of Sales, Marketing and Sustainability and currently Ronald is the VP of Corporate Sustainability & System Analytics for Haskell where he is continuing his commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Throughout his career, Ronald’s leadership has been recognized for aligning sustainability and environmental with business growth, fostering cross-functional collaboration and championing responsible practices in manufacturing, consumer goods and now design & construction.
