Nelson Russom

Program Manager, Waste & Circularity Turner Construction Company

Nelson manages Turner’s Circularity Program, applying his 15 years of diverse project experience to develop processes and strategies that minimize materials sent to landfill capitalizing on the material’s intrinsic value. Nelson is focused on leveraging Turner’s position within the industry to collaborate with partners to progress circular strategies in construction and demolition. He prioritizes practical and replicable operational improvements to expand adoption of existing and new practices.

Nelson holds an MS in Sustainable Engineering and an MBA from Villanova University. He is a LEED Green Associate, WELL AP, and TRUE Advisor. Nelson is a current member of the Construction and Demolition Recycling Association Board of Directors.
