Natalie Terrill is Director of Sustainability at Beck, where she has led the firm’s sustainability strategy since 2018 and is advancing its commitment to high-performance design and construction across the U.S. and Mexico. She guides firmwide efforts in sustainable business practices, carbon-neutral design, and greenhouse gas reporting, translating complex technical issues into actionable strategies that drive measurable change.
Natalie has achieved third-party certifications for more than 15 million square feet of built space, with expertise spanning energy efficiency, water stewardship, healthy materials, and indoor environmental quality. A strong advocate for resilience, she promotes design strategies that help buildings and communities anticipate, withstand, and recover from climate stressors. Through engaging presentations and real-world case studies, she inspires industry professionals to create built environments that are efficient, healthy, and prepared for a changing climate.
