In this strategic leadership role, she spearheads the development and implementation of cutting-edge sustainability strategies for the firm’s diverse and complex project portfolio. Her work ensures alignment with Consigli’s commitment to innovation in green building practices, including the firm’s Contractor’s Commitment and the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi). 

With over a decade of experience in sustainable construction spanning from California to the East Coast, Kena has been instrumental in driving sustainability initiatives on high-profile projects, known for her ability to seamlessly integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into actionable and impactful outcomes. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of sustainable building disciplines, from clean construction and embodied carbon reduction to wellness-centered design, allowing clients across a variety of market sectors to achieve ambitious green building goals. 

Kena’s contributions to the field of sustainability have been widely recognized through numerous industry accolades, underscoring her leadership in advancing green building practices. She holds several distinguished certifications, including LEED AP ID+C, WELL AP, and Fitwel Ambassador, and has served as a WELL Faculty member since 2018, further demonstrating her commitment to the promotion of healthy, sustainable spaces.
