Anton Pojasok
Head of Sustainability PCL Construction
As PCL’s Director of Sustainability, Anton provides company-wide leadership to support their sustainability strategic plan, including cost-benefit analysis, sustainability goal tracking, value-added expertise and a broad range of services provided to PCL’s clients and project teams related to sustainable design and construction practices.
Anton started his career in western Canada while doing his Master of Environmental Design at the University of Calgary. In 1996, he moved to Ontario to work for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. There, he was introduced to PCL when the company worked on one of North America’s largest airport redevelopments, at Pearson International Airport.
Anton drives PCL’s strategic sustainability plan and road map. He collaborates with both internal and external clients, partners and stakeholders to develop cost-effective strategies that support the design, construction and operation of quality projects that achieve the highest level of sustainability, focused on reduced energy consumption and low-carbon targets.
