Director - Environment & Sustainability Michels Corporation

Anne Allen is the Director of Environment and Sustainability for Michels Corporation and the Michels Family of Companies. She has more than 20 years of regulatory and compliance expertise in all phases of the development, construction, and restoration of infrastructure projects throughout the US. She formalized Michels’ sustainability program in 2022 and is in the process of expanding the program to global operations.

Her experience working for a self-performing heavy contractor with a significant fleet will provide insight into how she and Michels are evaluating equipment, fuel consumption, human behavior, and unnecessary vehicle idling to better track and reduce scope 1 emissions.
